Hillview Associates - Professional Redesign and Staging Services
Hillview Associates offers vacant and occupied home staging. You may:
Choose "minimalist" or "full furniture" staging
Utilize our relationships with rental furniture companies
Utilize our relationships with plant rental companies
Take advantage of our preferred cleaning services companies
Select any/all of the seven (7) packages below.
Home staging can be as easy as refreshing and de-cluttering your existing furnishings,
or bringing in select, high quality additions for more dramatic impact.
#1. Initial Consultation
During our consultation we meet with the homeowner (and real estate professional if one has been
selected) to assess requirements, goals and expectations. This meeting includes working with
the homeowner for some fine tuning. If further work is needed, our "Top Ten" Priority Report
can be added to this service.
#2. The "Top Ten" Priority
This report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged but need a little extra
direction. This customized report focuses on the ten most important things the owner
should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale.
#3. ½ Day Staging
We spend up to four hours transforming the home focusing on effectiveness. Similar
to the "Top Ten" Priority Report, this service is for those homes that just need a little
extra alteration and expertise. The Hillview Associates consultant will be working
from a detailed walk-through work sheet that will be given to the Home Seller in order
to complete the transformations.
#4. Full Day Staging
We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. To ensure the
home will be shown at its finest, each of the home's Main Living Areas (The Foyer, Living Room,
Kitchen/Breakfast, Family Room and Master Bedroom/Bath) will be edited and arranged to enhance
its best features. You won't believe the difference a day can make!
#5. New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend
This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go on the market OR to have an
Open House in order to make a great first impression! We will spend two full days
prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyer's dream.
#6. "Do It Yourself" Action Plan
The "Do It Yourself" (DIY) Action Plan is an extensive, 30+ page report detailing all of
the actions a Hillview Associate Consultant would take to transform your home as well as
vendor recommendations and tips and tricks from the pros. We will give you the
expertise so you can take the time to do the packing and staging yourself.
#7. ½ Day Fine Tuning
Ideal for a final "tune up" after the Home Seller has completed the DIY Action Plan.
The focus is on creating "emotional connection" points in order to market the home to its
fullest potential. We give the home a final "model home" look.
